A double room, unfurnished, is available in a 3-bed house share in Levenshulme, a less than 5 minute walk to three bus connections and 15 minute walk from Levenshulme station. Rent is £530 a month and bills on average come to £120 all included.

You’d be living with two friendly, chill young professionals, both male but no gender preference in the new housemate. They love cooking, watching movies, a pub night out and we’ve loved throwing barbecues for our friends in the garden in the summer. The house is well-looked after and very cosy.

Looking for someone to move in on 1 December, can be flexible a week +/- here or there.
