We are a relaxed but clean house (we have a cleaner). We are friendly and looking for someone we can get on with and who will contribute to ensuring the house is clean and tidy. We are looking for a girl this time as we like to keep it an even mix in the house.

House is lovely and clean, stylish, modern, light & airy with wooden floors throughout ground floor. Wall mounted TV, DVD and stereo in the living room.

Kitchen has washing machine. Bathroom equipped with electric power shower.
Pleasant landscaped patio area which is perfect for summer BBQ's.

We have fibre optic Broadband.

Room:
The room we have available is small but well laid out with a good amount of storage space. Freshly painted with a double bed, wardrobe, large bookcase, desk (optional - can be folded down). There is also space under the bed for additional storage.

Quiet, tree-lined road.
Just a minutes walk from the high street where bus-stops, cafes, wine bars, Asda, Tesco, specialist grocery stores, butchers, bakers, post office & newsagents are situated.
Approx 5 minute walk to Levenshulme Train station with frequent trains to Piccadilly taking only 6 minutes.
A 10 minute bus ride to University Campus & a 15 minute bus ride to the centre of town
Merely a 10 minute drive into the city centre
Street parking outside property.

Lease length negotiable.
Rent payable in advance on the 1st.
Bills payable at the end of each month. Council Tax, Water, Broadband & all set rates. For the gas & electric we submit meter reads and receive a bill each month so you'll only ever pay for exact useage (split 4-ways). We also have a cleaner every week.
