The house is well located for a mature professional or student needing quick transport to Manchester & Salford, and neighbourhood amenities. I’m an artist and lecturer, with a busy life and a tidy homely home. I don't drink but OK if you do in moderation.

The living space is inspired by mid-20th century and contemporary art and design. There is a piano, along with smart TV and fibre wifi. The secluded rear yard has a chimenea, bistro set, hammock, and sun lounger. Secure cycle-storage is available if needed.
I grow a small edible garden in the rear alleyway.
Your private double bedroom is 3m x 2m, furnished with a double bed, armoire, secretaire, bedside table, reading lamp and chair. The bedroom overlooks a quiet rear courtyard garden. You share access to the bathroom, dining room, lounge and kitchen, which has a dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, and oven. The house is central-heated, fully double-glazed, and protected by window locks and a burglar alarm.

Levenshulme is a well-established, diverse suburb only 10 mins south east of Manchester city centre. Levy enjoys a bustling array of independent bars, restaurants, takeaways, groceries, bakeries, craft and antiques market. There are regular local cultural festivals, art exhibitions and community events throughout the year, along with gyms and swimming pool within 5 minutes walk. There is excellent access to green space - we are 2 mins from the Fallowfield Loop path, for easy cycling or walking through south and east Manchester. Also close by are Cringle Park (2 mins walk), the 70-acre Highfield Country Park (10 mins walk), and Reddish Vale (15 min cycle).
