Double bedroom with private bathroom

I'm a live-in landlady and have a double room available to rent. You'll be sharing the house with me and my two cats.
The room comes with its own private bathroom, and you'll have shared use of the kitchen, living room and garden. All bills are included.
The house is kept clean and tidy and I'd love to find someone who will treat it as their home too.
I work from home, but when I'm not working I like to spend as much time as possible outdoors, especially when the weather cooperates!
It's a relaxed, quiet home and I'm looking for someone friendly, clean and respectful to share it with.
Comes with allocated parking space and the train station is only 10min walk away.
