Double bedroom in shared house

Only one room available now.

Room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelves and blackout curtains. The room has a yale lock to keep belongings safe.

Shared spaces include a living room, kitchen stocked with cooking equipment, a large bathroom and a garden.

We have a friendly cat called Dora so probably not for you if you have any allergies. I sometimes go away for the odd weekend and may ask you to feed her and let her out while I am away.

Good transport links into town using the 111 bus which stops just round the corner. An Uber into the city centre is around £5.

A short walk from Aldi or a slightly longer walk to Asda Hulme, there are also a number of local shops and takeaways including the Curry Mile. Walking distance to Platt Fields and Alexandra Park

We have fibre-optic broadband. Bills included in price minus gas and electricity which are on a meter and shared equally.
