A comfortable and spacious furnished double room for single occupancy is available in a well-maintained four-bedroom professional house share in M14, Manchester.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, providing a comfortable private space for relaxing, studying or working from home. It would be particularly suitable for a postgraduate student, researcher, medical professional or other working professional.

The property has a large shared kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and food storage, together with one shared bathroom.

Although this is a four-bedroom property, one of the rooms is expected to become vacant within the next couple of months and we intend to keep it vacant. The house will therefore normally have a maximum of three residents, with only one person occupying each room. This helps keep the shared facilities comfortable and the overall household quieter and less crowded.

The current tenants are medical professionals, so we are looking for someone who would enjoy a similarly mature, clean, respectful and peaceful home environment.

To maintain this atmosphere, parties are not permitted and the property would not be suitable for someone who regularly hosts social gatherings. An occasional visit from a friend is absolutely fine, but frequent visitors and overnight guests are not permitted. This is simply because the kitchen and bathroom are shared facilities, and we want to ensure they remain comfortable and fairly available for all residents.

The house is conveniently located close to Curry Mile and Platt Fields Park, with supermarkets, grocery shops, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. There are also convenient bus connections towards the University of Manchester and Manchester city centre.
