En-suite room available in a new build property located near Ancoats and New Islington!

There are a maximum of 3 people sharing the whole house at any one time. The fourth room is a spare bedroom. Current occupants are Daniel (25) and Mazvita (32). Very friendly, respectful and tidy; expected that the new housemate follows suit.

There is a lovely and spacious kitchen diner and a large lounge that everyone can use.

The house is a large 3 storey, 4 bedroom, new build, just over 5 years old. Rooms face different ends of the house, therefore noise disturbances are minimised to an all time low. There’s a dishwasher, washer/dryer, garden, shed, TV, broadband and all the items that make a house a home; broadband is up to 400mbps; perfect for any gamers/ streamers!

There's gated parking as well as on street parking and a short walk away from Ancoats.
