I am sociable and outgoing but also enjoy my chilled nights in. I work 5 days a week Monday to Friday in the office and I am very clean and tidy and I love cooking and yoga and getting out for long walks/hikes of a weekend!
I am looking to rent out my spare room and I’m very open on contract length so please message and ask! The flat is located in miles platting which is less than 10 minute walk from ancoats/new Islington and 15 min walk into the city centre.
The building is an original cotton mill and is based in a park alongside the Rochdale canal.
The bedroom is a double room with incredible views of Manchester and canal views. There is x1 bathroom, a kitchen and a lounge. The flat is very homely and I am constantly adding improvements.
I am looking for a flatmate with similar interests to myself who I get on with well. I am sociable but also appreciate my own space especially after working long days in the office.
There is parking available (no extra charge) with plenty of parking space in the car park.
