We are located in Crumpsall, Monsall, Blackley and Cheetham Hill. Close to all amenities and Manchester city centre.

YOUR ROOM

You will live in single, double, double en-suite or studio flat, tastefully furnished with IKEA style furniture. We provide all the necessities, such as a double bed, duvet, pillows and bedding, wardrobe, drawers, a desk, chair, lamp, microwave, kettle & toaster.
Extra furniture can be provided upon reasonable request.

SHARED SPACE

The shared kitchen boasts ample cooking space and cupboards, and is stocked with all the necessary white goods – large fridges, cooker & grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, mixer, forks, spoons and knifes, pots & plates.
Next door you will find a fully furnished lounge room with a dining table, sofa and TV.
Shared space also comes with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

The shared bathroom is recently renovated and is kept clean by our tidy housemates.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED

No headaches over splitting bills with your housemates. The weekly price includes all bills:

LOCATION & AMENTIES

The property in Crumpsall, opposite North Manchester General Hospital, with plenty of buses coming and going and a 10 minute walk to Crumpsall Metrolink station.

The property in Blackley is near to Heaton Park, it is 20 minutes by walking.

The properties in Cheetham Hill and Monsall are ideal for commuting to Manchester city centre.
Journey from Monsall to Manchester city centre (Victoria Station) is only one stop by tram.
Journey from Cheetham Hill to Manchester city centre (Piccadilly) 15 minutes by bus.

There are a few convenience shops around, closing at 10pm. Chemists, food takeaways, and a hairdresser’s. Large 24h TESCO are in Blackley and Cheetham Hill, and large ASDA is 15 minutes walk from Monsall.
There is a sport centre with a swimming pool, gym and library nearby.

HOUSEMATES

We seek professional young (20-35yrs) housemates who are tidy and considerate.
Singles and Couples are welcome.
Please add + £15 per week if 2 of you will permanently live in the room together.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

2 week’s rent as deposit, 1 week’s rent in advance, signed agreement, photocopy of your passport or other photo ID.
No credit checks, references, bonds, guarantees, etc required.

OUR HOUSES

We pride ourselves in quality and standards of our houses. We go above and beyond with fire and safety regulations, maintain the central heating system, are always ready to fix anything that breaks, and willing to make improvements on the house as necessary – just ask!

We take great care to make sure all tenants are nice and considerate and introduce all new tenants to existing ones to check they will all get along well. Harmony between housemates is important!
