Good sized double room, king size bed, desk and wardrobe.

Large bathroom principle use of this for you (I have my own ensuite)

High speed internet (Hyperoptic WiFi)

Central location: 13mins walk to Piccadilly Station, 15mins to Piccadilly Gardens and 8mins walk to Aldi, 5mins walk to Sainsbury's Local & 20mins walk to ASDA

Close to the city centre but quiet development of working professionals.

Bills included except electricity.

Convenience stores, barbers, bars, microbrewery tap rooms, Domino's pizza, Costa and more nearby.

Fully kitted out kitchen with utensils, cookware, crockery, cutlery, etc.

Washing machine but no dryer. (Radiator in bathroom that can be used to dry items or the balcony).

What I'm looking for.
A good friendly, reliable flatmate.
Someone who is happy to take care of the place too and clean up after themselves. Make it a nice place to live in.
Preferably someone who works outside the home ie not remotely 5 days a week.

Move in date is late October. Currently doing some painting and DIY around the flat.
