Two bedroom apartment available for *short term* serviced accommodation. Minimum two nights. All bedding/linen/toiletries supplied and ALL bills included.

We have select availability from up until mid May. Mid May onwards to October full availability.

Discounts for bookings longer than one week. The apartment will only be short let as a whole for £600 pw. FREE PARKING for one vehicle.

We are a small family run business who have lived in the area and have roots in Manchester. We live locally and pride ourselves on the amenities we provide and our hospitality, here are some of the reasons why you should book this lovely apartment:

✔ Washing machine and a dryer machine for a quick turnaround for your clothes. Washing tabs, cleaning products, iron, and ironing board are provided in the apartment as complimentary.

✔ The full apartment is heated by electric central heating and controlled by a thermostat set by you. We also provide portable fans should it get too hot during your stay.

✔All bathrooms are prepared with complimentary shampoo/body wash, conditioner, toilet roll and hand-wash.

✔All bedrooms are provided with clean towels, bedding, warm covers, and pillows for your comfort.

✔ Clothes storage: wardrobe and chest of drawers provided in every bedroom complimented with clothes hangers. There is also a mirror in each room to keep you ship-shape.

✔ Mop, brush and dustpan, vacuum cleaner, cleaning fluids, antiseptic sprays, bin bags, and air freshener to help keep the place in fab condition!
