Quiet suburban area, but just 15 minutes from Ancoats. There’s a picturesque conservation area with woods, a brook and a canal just a three-minute walk away. But we’re less than five minutes’ walk from a modern convenience store, GP, pharmacy, hairdresser and ... dance school.
