Hey! I’m looking for a housemate to join my ginormous 2bed rented place, could it be you?

The room:
A huge king sized room, comes with a bookshelf and wardrobe but we’ll need to source you a bed and mattress. West facing for gorgeous afternoon/evening light. Noise insulated so you're welcome to start a jazz band.
Your rent also includes your own separate spare room which you could use as a study or whatever you wish.

The house:
-Front and back garden
- High ceilings, wood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs
- Living room with a futon for guests
- Dining room and window seat
- Kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine
- Big bathroom, shower and a bath
- Huge garage with storage
- On street parking
- Came unfurnished and all the furniture is mine

Money:
-1 person: £750 for rent, bills are 100-150 depending on council tax.

Location:
-Longsight, not far from Levenshulme and Rusholme
- 7 minute cycle/8 min bus from Manchester Uni and MRI
- 2 mins to bus stop, 15 minute bus ride or cycle into town
- 5 minute walk to ASDA, Aldi, near a corner shop and a park

Dog: Lori is a 10yo Rough Collie. She is friendly, calm, and basically a sentient rug. She could live happily with another dog but not cats.

The housemate: me, Angie, 33, I’m an AI researcher and spend about half my time travelling for conferences.

I’m friendly and pretty quiet, respectful of boundaries. I do have the occasional group dinner and sometimes go out in the evening but I’m not noisy at home. It would be nice to have a housemate who also becomes a friend in time.
