You'd only be sharing with me in this comfortable and cosy house near the Etihad Stadium. All bills included, parking, and a furnished garden. The room has a double bed with a Tempur mattress, as well as a massive wardrobe to store all your stuff in.
Lovely shared living space and kitchen, with a PS5, Disney+, high-speed broadband, and a Ninja air fryer. It's a five-minute walk to the tram, which comes every 10 minutes, with 10 minutes to Picc station. It's an easy walk to town down the canal, 25 minutes to Ancoats and 45 minutes to the city centre.
About me. I'm a 37-year-old writer who likes gyming, swimming, and socialising, tend to get home about 8.30 in the evenings. I work from home on Fridays but often keep myself to myself. LGBTQ+ preferred.
