I'm looking for a friendly flatmate to share a bright and modern 2-bedroom apartment in a fantastic location right on the edge of Spinningfields. The room is only available from 28th of July to 28th of August

The Room:
- Spacious ensuite room
- Double bed, with a new mattresse, large wardrobe, and 2 bedside tables, ( no desk)
- On the 10th floor with great views and private balcony access

The Flat:
- Shared modern kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, air fryer, washing machine, and dryer, there is no tv but there is a lovely projector
- Wi-Fi, water and electricity bills included
- Council tax band D
- Secure and stylish building with concierge, gym, parcel room, and community lounge with a coffee machine

Location Perks:
- 5-min walk to Salford Central Station
- 10-min walk to Deansgate
- Sainsbury's across the road, Tesco and M&S nearby
- Multiple bus stops nearby
- Spinningfields, bars, cafes, and the city buzz are just around the corner!

👋 About Me:
I'm a young professional working a 9–5 schedule with two days working from home. I love making the most of my evenings with hobbies (yoga, going out, exploring the city), so I’m out and about for most of the time. At home, I enjoy peaceful downtime and like to keep the space clean and cosy.

I'm looking for a flatmate who’s also organised, clean, and respectful of shared space – someone who enjoys their own time but is also happy to have a chat over dinner.
