Hi there! We have a spacious double room available on the first floor of our home. Because my girlfriend and I live primarily on the ground floor, the upstairs offers a great sense of privacy—it almost feels like having your own flat.

The Space

• Your Bedroom: A large, bright double room furnished with a comfortable bed, TV, desk and chair (perfect for working from home), and plenty of clothes storage. The large front-facing window lets in beautiful morning light.

• Peace & Quiet: For added privacy and comfort, the floor has been soundproofed, so you can enjoy a truly quiet and peaceful space.

• Your Kitchenette: You will have your own dedicated kitchenette upstairs. It is equipped with an air fryer, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. Please note: there is no full-sized oven, but the air fryer is excellent for most cooking!

• The Bathroom: A shared household bathroom located on the first floor.

A Few Details
• Privacy: The kitchenette is for your exclusive use, though my girlfriend may occasionally pop in to make a morning cuppa as her dressing room is on the same floor.
• Laundry: Please note we do not have a washing machine in the house; we use a great local launderette nearby for all our washing.
• The Deal: No deposit required!

Who We Are Looking For
We’ve already had some interest, but we are really looking for the "right fit" for our home. We are friendly, easy-going live-in landlords and would love to find someone similar.

To keep things official, we will need to carry out a few standard checks:
• Right to Rent (Photo ID)
• Proof of employment/earnings
