I am looking for a replacement tenant for my room at Sanctuary Students Manchester, as I will be away for an internship.

This would involve taking over my tenancy, which runs until 18 August 2026. I have already paid for the accommodation, and I am looking for £800 per month, although I am open to reasonable offers. The room would be especially suitable for someone looking for short-term accommodation of around 3 months, for example for an internship, summer project, or temporary stay in Manchester. I am also flexible on the start date.

The room is a Premium En-Suite in the Grafton Street accommodation.

- Morrisons and Sainsbury’s are about 5 minutes away
Lidl is around 10 minutes away

The flatmates are all students: currently 2 undergraduates, 1 master’s student, and 1 postgraduate student.

I have attached pictures of the room and kitchen. Please note that my belongings are still in the room in the photos; I will clean it up, when I go to internship ( before starting the tenancy transfer).
