Lovely room in girls house

Hi!

There is a room available in a lovely recently refurbished (summer 2025) beautiful Victorian student house in a great location both near MRI, UoM and MMU.

2 full bathrooms (1 even has a bath!)

Kitchen living space - lovely high ceilings, 2 fridge freezers, 2 hob/ovens, dishwasher(!!!), washer + dryer, big comfy sofa, TV and dining table.

The room itself is the only room at the back of the house and next to the bathroom so there is plenty of quiet if you need it. 2 built in wardrobes behind the door means so much storage! Comfy double bed (newer than the one in the photo!). Includes desk (but is easily disassembled + stored if not needed. Also a chest of drawers. Room 3 on the floorplan (In my biased opinion I would say it's the best of the 6).

The other girls are a mix of individual tenancies so while a couple knew each other already you wouldn't be an outsider! It's a really nice vibe where we chat when we see each other in the kitchen but no pressure!

It's super good value (all bills included!) and done up really nicely just last year.

Parking - students get free parking on the street right outside. I've never struggled to find a spot!
