2 double bedrooms in quiet LGBTQ+ household

Two good-sized double rooms available in a quiet shared house near Platt Fields Park from July 17th.

£400pcm per room + bills (around £65 per person, including internet)
£360 deposit

The house has:
- Two double bedrooms available
- One bathroom
- Back patio/garden space
- Good transport links to the city centre, MMU and UoM
- Close to shops, cafés and the park [(Aldi in walking distance) very close to the curry mile with small shops, cafes, restaurants,…)

The household is quiet, respectful, and LGBTQ+. I’m an artist currently living in the house and hoping to find people who are friendly, considerate and comfortable sharing a calm home environment. I work as a chef on weekends, so I rarely stay home all day. I currently have three guinea pigs that live in my room.

One of the rooms is currently used as an office/studio, so things will be rearranged and cleared before move-in.
Both rooms have a double bed, one has a desk and a wardrobe, and the other has a clothing rack and drawers.
A lot of the current furniture will be gone by the moving-in date, but a big table, chairs, two side tables, a big bookcase, and a sofa will remain in the living room.
I will be adding a large fridge freezer in the next month.

The landlord is very lovely and friendly, has always responded quickly to any issue, and is reasonable with tenants' requests.

The rooms will be available from July 17th, but the agency would like replacement tenants confirmed in June so referencing can be completed in time.

Professionals preferred due to agency requirements. Or if you are a student, you must be employed in a full-time job.
