Hello:) my flatmate is moving with her boyfriend and I’m looking for someone to take over her room.
The room is not very big but can still fit loads. You’d have your private bathroom and parking as well if needed (no additional charge).
The flat is situated in a lovely location, less than 5 minutes walk to the New Islington marina. It has a small balcony, washing machine, dish washer, and all other amenities. It’s also a 15 minutes walk to Aldi and a Pure gym.
Council tax is £87 per month, per person.
Wi-Fi £17.5 pmpp. Water and electricity around £80-100 pmpp.
You’d be living with me:) My name is Eleonora, I’m from Milan and I’ve been living in Manchester for almost 2 years. I work full time as an event organiser and in my free time I love running / going to the gym, going out for food and drinks, go on hikes but also having a movie and dinner night in.
