Hello.

I am a live in landlord, however will mainly be home on weekends as my work is based in London. So the entire house will technically be for yourself most of the time. Room is fully furnished and has a double bed, large wardrobe and work desk.

The property is close to transport links such as bus 201/202/203 and train (belle Vue) leading towards the city centre.
Bus 53 towards the UoM/ManMet.
And has all major super markets surrounding it Asda/Lidl/Tesco/Aldi.

Free parking is provided with street parking right Infront of the house.

This room is being sublet on a short term basis, however this can be extended based on how the first few months go.

Would prefer someone who does not smoke/drink, clean, tidy, females are preferred but will consider males as well.

Please provide a move in date, minimum/maximum amount of time required to sublet a room, whether you are a student/professional and a bit about yourself.
