Double room available in a lovely house in the heart of Ancoats. The property benefits from a private garden, secure bike shed, and a shared bathroom with both a bath and shower.
The location is hard to beat – New Islington tram stop is just a short walk away, Manchester city centre and the Arndale are around 10 minutes on foot, New Islington Marina is only 5 minutes away, and Ancoats Green is right on your doorstep (around a 2-minute walk).
You'll be sharing with two friendly, easy-going professional guys. The house has a relaxed atmosphere and we're looking for someone who is clean, respectful, reliable and considerate of shared spaces.
We're looking for someone to move in at the end of July who wants a comfortable, friendly home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Someone who is happy to do their bit around the house and help keep it tidy and welcoming for everyone.
