I’m looking for a new tenant to join me in my 2 bed apartment, as my current flatmate is moving out.

• £700 per month + bills

Location:
The flat is in the Spinningfields / Blackfriars area, with a super short walk into the city centre. Tesco, Asda, and Co-op all within a 3-minute walk.

I’m 26 and very social. I love going out for nights out and events, going to the gym, playing sports, doing Pilates, hiking and cooking (there are usually plenty of baked goods and Ninja Creami creations to try). I also enjoy hosting friends, dinner parties, and having friends over just to chill, but I equally appreciate a chilled evening in front of the TV/ in my room.

Ideally, I’d love to live with someone who’s friendly, sociable, tidy, and looking to be friends as well as flatmates. It would be great to find someone who enjoys a similar balance of being out and about while also appreciating a cosy night in.
