Double room in 2 bed flat in New Islington

My lovely flatmate is moving out of the property, so I am looking for someone to move into her double room.

The room is fully furnished with a double sized bed, wardrobe, bedside table with a lamp and drawers. I have the en-suite bedroom, so you would have the main bathroom, which is spacious and includes a bath, toilet and shower.

The flat is on the 5th floor has an open plan living space with good storage. It is really bright and airy with floor to ceiling windows 🌇 It’s opposite New Islington tram stop, so is perfect for commuting, right by the canal and is a 5 minute walk to the marina with lots of bars and restaurants ☺️ Ancoats square is a further 5 min walk so it’s a fantastic location 🌟

Rent is currently £687 each per month, and bills aren't included but come to around £190 with council tax, water, WiFi and electric.

Deposit is £650 to be paid directly to my previous flatmate as you will be taking over her tenancy, the agency will then pay you back the deposit once the tenancy is over.

About me:
I am Katie, a 28 year old speech and language therapist. I tend to be out quite a bit in the day as I work in schools, but split the rest of my working hours between the office and home. I enjoy music, reading, cooking, going out for food and drinks, and going for walks.

On weeknights I’m either at exercise classes, seeing friends, or relaxing in the flat with a good book. I do enjoy my own space, but would love to find someone who I can be friends with & do social things with too (e. g. trying out new food places/grabbing a coffee), and you’re more than welcome to join me for classes etc if you’re interested in that!

Looking for a female flatmate age 25 - 32 who is clean and tidy, respectful, and friendly.
