Two rooms available, both with a double bed and fitted wardrobes, on a quiet residential street with parking.

Ten minutes' walk to Crumpsall Metrolink, putting the city centre 15 minutes away. Parks and the leisure centre are five minutes away, with shops and everyday amenities all within walking distance.

You'd share a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen: fridge freezer, washing machine, gas hob and electric oven, plus all the crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. Dining table and sofas already in place. Move in with just a suitcase — everything's here.

I'm out most days and only stay occasionally, so you'd largely have the place to yourselves. Looking for considerate, self-sufficient housemates who keep things tidy and drama-free. Couples welcome. Sorry, no pets.
