Bright, modern double room available in a corner apartment in Manchester’s Green Quarter, directly opposite the AO Arena and only a short walk from Victoria Station, the Northern Quarter and the city centre.

I’m moving out, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room. You’d be sharing the flat with one existing flatmate, Peter, who’s friendly, easy-going and works full time.

You’ll have your own private bathroom — it isn’t en-suite, but it’s for your use rather than shared. The flat itself is spacious and modern, with loads of natural light, floor-to-ceiling windows and a large open-plan living room and kitchen.

The building facilities are a massive bonus and are all just downstairs in the same building. Residents have access to a gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room, cold plunge, jacuzzi and squash court with a basketball hoop, as well as a games room with pool, shuffleboard and games console, cinema room, and private group dining room.

The bedroom is a good-sized double with storage, and there’s also a separate utility room with a washing machine.

It’s a really convenient location for anyone working or studying centrally, with shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets all within easy walking distance.

Looking for someone friendly, clean and who’d be a good fit for the flat.
