I'm a professional female offering a comfortable furnished double bedroom at my home in New Moston, Manchester, and I'm looking for the right person to share my home with.
This is a live-in lodger arrangement, so I'm looking for someone who is professional, friendly, respectful, clean and considerate of noise & sleep. This is a comfortable & peaceful home rather than a party house. I don’t mind a glass of wine at weekend though!
I live with my much-loved dachshund, who is very chilled & friendly so being genuinely comfortable and kind around dogs is essential. 🐾❤️

• Good transport links to Manchester from Failsworth or Hollinwood and local amenities
£700 per month, includes all bills.
Cute garden (I don’t mind smokers if they use the garden)

I'll be taking the time to have a proper chat with anyone interested before arranging a viewing, and I'll ask for appropriate ID, references and proof of income before agreeing to a lodger.
