Double Room in Manchester

Looking for a female flatmate to replace me at the end of September as I move down to London :( Current flat mate who will be staying is Leah who is bright and bubbly. Very into fashion and walks and matcha (all the usual girlie things!) Easy going and looking for someone to match that energy. She works in the city centre Mon-Thurs and wfh Fridays. Leah left, and me right in third pic

Great flat in a great location (we have lived here for over 3 years!). Sunset view every night and balcony aswell. Building management are great at One Regent and one of the best parts of the building. The room comes with its own bathroom/full bath.

More dinner and drinks sort of gal so no afters or house parties sort of thing. But definitely looking for someone to socialise with and go on walks or Zara trips or just watch the TV with in the evening. But also have personal space and alone time ❤️🫶🏻

Bills around £200 (water, energy, council tax, WiFi). We rent out the car parking space for £120 a month so takes off bills. Move in date October 5th but let me know if earlier/later would suit
