1 month tenancy for the month of October!!

My name is Mya and I am looking for someone to move into this lovely 2-bed apartment for 1 month only, from 1st October until 1st November.

I have a new tenant moving into the room from the start of November, which is why I’m looking for someone to take it for October only. This would be perfect for someone looking for somewhere short-term, in between tenancies, moving to Manchester, or just needing somewhere for a month!

The building itself is really central, around a 5-minute walk from Market Street, but is actually really quiet despite being so close to everything.

The room is a double room, fully furnished, with an en-suite. The flat is spacious and cosy and also has a massive balcony. There is a great 2-floor gym and also a lovely coworking space which is fab if you work from home!

There are several bus stops within a 5-minute walk, an Asda over the road and obviously loads of shops within a 5/10-minute walk.

About me, I am 23 years old and graduated from Leeds University in 2024 in Economics and now work as a full-time economist/analyst. I typically work from home 2 days a week.

I moved to Manchester from Warwickshire about 2 years ago now and absolutely love it! I am very sociable and into beauty, fashion, travelling, the gym, going for matcha and walks, trying new restaurants and of course a night out every now and then 🫶🏼 Equally, I love an M&S picky bits & yap evening and really value my chill time.

The room is available for 1 month only, from 1st October until 1st November.

Rent £697.50, bills typically £150–£200 (including council tax).
