My flatmate is moving out on the 1st of November, so I’m looking for someone to takeover his bedroom in this stunning 2-bed apartment at Affinity Living Riverview, right in Manchester City Centre. The flat is on the 23rd floor with amazing city views.

The apartment features spacious bedroom, a modern open‑plan kitchen and living area, and great on‑site amenities. It’s brand new, bright, and ideally located close to shops, transport links, and everything the city has to offer.

I’m currently living in the flat – I’m looking for a like‑minded flatmate who will be interested in renting this beautiful apartment and sharing the common space with me. If you’re responsible, tidy, and easygoing, this could be a great fit.

Bills:
- WiFi (high speed broadband is included as part of rent)
- council tax (not included)
- water and electricity (not included)

The bills come out to about £250 per month all of the above included which would be about £125 per person for this 2 bed flat.

About me:

I’m a software engineer who works from home 3 days a week. I’m a very active person and I play a lot of tennis and golf and I do professional go karting races twice a month too! I travel a lot to and around Europe especially to Munich to visit my friend once in two months but apart from all these I’m a very tidy and easygoing person. A very chill and friendly guy who’s down for a drink every now and then.
