I have a bright, comfortable double room available in my home in Moss Side, just a two-minute walk from Alexandra Park and with excellent transport links into Manchester city centre.

The room is newly prepared, clean and welcoming, with plenty of storage and everything you need to make it feel like your own space.

This is my home rather than a large house share, so I’m looking for someone who would appreciate a relaxed, respectful and peaceful place to live. It would particularly suit a professional, mature student or postgraduate.

You would have full use of the shared living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, as well as a lovely back yard garden with flowers and outdoor seating, which is a nice space to sit out and relax when the weather is good.

I do vape, so I’d like to be upfront about that. I’m looking for someone who is clean, considerate and comfortable living in a calm household.

The house is in a really convenient location, with Alexandra Park practically on the doorstep and easy access to the universities, hospitals, Manchester city centre and surrounding areas.
