Green Quarter Double Room to Rent

Hi! We’re Ben and Lauren, both 24 and working full-time in the city centre. We’re looking for a flatmate to take the spare double room in this lovely flat located in the Green Quarter.

The room is a cozy double. You’re welcome to keep any of the furniture pictured (although the black drawers are broken) but feel free to change and decorate however you like. The only thing we're keeping is the clothing rail. The flat itself is unfurnished, so we’re planning to decorate and make the shared living space a bit more homely. You would also have sole use of the main bathroom in the hallway.

There’s a balcony with a table and chairs, plus a secure parking space in the building. Neither of us have a car, so it’s yours to use if you would like.

Rent and bills come to around £750 per month. Deposit is £600, plus a £50 contract change fee. We’re looking for someone to move in on or around 1st November.

We’re both tidy, easygoing, and work mostly from the office with occasional WFH days. We enjoy going out for drinks or gigs as well as quiet nights in, and we're always happy to chat while respecting each other's space.
