Silver Studio at MSV – £290/week

I’m looking for someone to take over my Silver Studio at Manchester Student Village (MSV) as I’m planning to move out and live with friends.

The rent is £290 per week, and the tenancy runs until 21 August 2027. The room is fully furnished and is a private studio, so you have your own living space rather than sharing a bedroom.

MSV is very close to the University of Manchester and is in a really convenient location, with supermarkets, restaurants, shops and public transport nearby. There is a reception downstairs, and the laundry facilities are free to use.

The tenancy takeover will be completed officially through Dwell Student Living, so all payments and paperwork will go through the accommodation provider.

The room is available for takeover now. I’m an international student and my English is not perfect, but if needed, you can also communicate with my letting agent, who speaks English and can help with the process.
