Vita Student Circle Square Premium Studio – Contra

Premium studio available at Vita Student Circle Square, Manchester through an official contract takeover.

£447 per week | 51-week contract

I originally booked the room for the 2026/27 academic year, but my university plans changed and I am now studying in London, so I am looking for another student to take over my contract.

The room is a Premium Large studio, approximately 26 sqm, located on a higher floor (8th floor) at Vita Student Circle Square.

Circle Square is very centrally located and convenient for both the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University, with shops, restaurants and city-centre amenities nearby.

Important:
This is not a private sublet. The replacement will take over the accommodation agreement officially through Vita Student, and Vita will complete the booking and contract takeover process directly with the new student.

I have already confirmed with Vita that a replacement student can still take over the contract after the contract start date.

I am happy to help with the takeover process and provide any information about the room or booking. A reasonable contribution towards the cost may also be considered for a serious replacement student.
