🏡 Roommate Wanted | Manchester

My roommate is moving into her next venture, so I’m looking for someone to take over her half of the tenancy!

We moved in July, so you’d be one of the first people to live in the apartment and everything is still very new.

A little about the home…

I’m all about a calm, clean and cosy space. I love a minimalist aesthetic with that everything has its place / boutique hotel kind of feel. I’ve gone for the beige/brown warm lighting aesthetic so someone with similar home style would be preferred, I’m still in the process of making the apartment feel like home, but there’s lots of potential to make it even more beautiful!

The apartment does come furnished, so you wouldn’t need to worry about bringing lots of furniture with you. As everything is rented, I’m looking for someone who will respect and take care of the apartment and everything in it as I do. 🤍

🐱 Cat people are a must!

I have two cats and this is very much their home too. They’re extremely well behaved, trained house cats and, of course, free cuddles come as part of the package 🐾

I’m ideally looking for someone who:

• Values their own privacy and personal space
• Enjoys a quiet, relaxed home
• Is clean and respectful of shared spaces
• Likes a minimalist, tidy environment
• Is comfortable living with cats
• Is a working professional or a well behaved student
• Enjoys having a peaceful home

A few practical bits 🤍

The room available is the double bedroom and fitted mirrored wardrobes, two draws either side of the double bedroom and you have your own en-suite bathroom, please view video attached 📹.

Bills are not included. So far, the approximate monthly split for WiFi, electricity, water and council tax has been around £250 each, although this can vary depending on usage and the bills.

Please note that this is a working professional building, so it’s not a party apartment. There are strict rules around noise, with no excessive noise after 11pm. It’s also a non-smoking apartment and the building is pet friendly.
