About the room and flat

I'm looking to transfer my room in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom student flat. You'll have your own bedroom and share the kitchen and bathroom with two male flatmates.

Bills & Location

All bills are included, including water, electricity, Wi-Fi, and heating. The flat is around a 15-minute walk from the University of Manchester's main campus.
The building has 24-hour security and a reception desk, making it a safe and convenient place to live.

The Room

The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe and a chest of drawers, and gets plenty of natural light.

Available from 5 October 2026, with a fixed tenancy end date of 28 August 2027.

Requirements

* Must be a student.
* Male preferred, as the current flatmates are male.
* This is an official tenancy transfer. The new tenant must be approved by the accommodation management team. You will not be subletting privately.
