I'm due to be moving out of our lovely flat in manchester and my lovely flatmate Rav will be looking for someone to replace me from 22nd december.
The flat is located very close to the centre, around a 20 min walk from the arndale. it had a balcony, and you'd have your own bathroom.
Rav is a great roommate, he is very clean and tidy, respectful, and largely keeps to himself.
The flat is furnished, but some of the furniture in the living room will be coming with me.
