Double room with private bath

My lovely flatmate is moving abroad and I’m looking for someone to take over her room. I’ve lived in this flat for two wonderful years and I’d love to find a new flatmate to share the space with.

The room is a furnished double bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom perfect for relaxing evenings. The flat has been a lovely home for the past two years and I’d love for it to continue feeling comfortable and happy.

Bills are approximately £230 per person per month, covering council tax, electricity, water and WiFi. There’s also a one-off £50 tenancy referencing fee. Please note that bills are estimates and may vary. Rent is separate.

The apartment has a concierge lounge area and gym space as well.

A little about me:

I’m easygoing, friendly and enjoy a relaxed and welcoming home. I don’t work from home so the flat is generally nice and quiet during the working day.

I’d love to live with someone I can get along with beyond just sharing a flat. Someone who’s up for the occasional chat coffee dinner or trying something new together while also respecting each other’s space and routines.

I think the best flatshares are those where you feel comfortable in your own home and hopefully gain a friend along the way!

Who I’m looking for:

Ideally, I’m looking for someone friendly considerate and easy to live with. Someone who wants a clean comfortable home and is happy to build a nice flatshare dynamic. No pressure to do everything together - I think a balance of social time and personal space is important.
