I’m looking for someone to take over my room, as I’m moving out. I’ve lived in this flat for the past two years with my lovely flatmate, and now I’m hoping to find someone new to share the space with her.
About the Flat:
The room is a furnished double bedroom with a double bed, and you’ll also have your own private bathroom.
The flat has been a lovely home for the past two years, and I’d love for it to continue feeling like a comfortable, happy space.
Bills Approximately £230 per person per month, covering council tax, electricity, water and WiFi.
There is also a one-off £50 tenancy referencing fee.

The apartment has a concierge, lounge area and gym space as well.
Who we’re Looking For:
Ideally, someone friendly, considerate and easy to live with, who wants a clean, comfortable home and is happy to build a nice flatshare dynamic. No pressure to do everything together - a balance of social time and personal space is important.
