Hi! I have a fully furnished double room available in an Edwardian terrace house near Oxford Road, just 20 minutes from Manchester city centre

The room:
Located on the ground floor at the front of the house, the room is east-facing and gets great morning sunlight. It comes fitted with a double bed and headboard, clothes rail, desk, and chair—ideal if you need to work or study from home.

The house:

You’ll be sharing with me and one other housemate. The house features a shared living room and a small walled garden with a patio—great for morning coffee or relaxing outside. It’s a quiet, clean, and respectful home, but we’re also friendly, open, and enjoy a chat or a social drink together.
