Double room in Manchester City centre

I’m looking for someone to take over my flatmates tenancy as she’s moving in with her boyfriend.
Flexible move in date, can move from December 10-Jan 10th.

It’s a lovely double room with your own bathroom, shared living room and kitchen.
Bed, wardrobe and drawers are included.
The flat is super close to St Peter’s square, 5 min walk from Piccadilly Gardens/lidl - so really great for transport around Manchester.

I’m a 21 year old primary school teacher, so I’m out of the flat Monday - Friday all day, so you’ll have plenty of time to yourself.
I love to go to the gym, love cooking a nice meal together and really enjoy someone who would use the shared space as much as me.

Rent is £600 a month.
Council tax band: D
Bills and council tax come to approx £269 each.
When I moved in I had to pay a £60 admin fee so can confirm this if you’re interested!
