This is a particularly attractive Homeshare opportunity, offering something quite special: almost an entire floor of the house for your own use!
- 🏡 Almost exclusive use of the entire top floor, offering excellent privacy and independence.
- 🛏️ Choice of bedrooms: a cosy bedroom with its own en-suite shower room, or one of two larger double bedrooms with access to a separate bathroom and shower.
- 🍽️ Shared kitchen facilities.
- 🛋️ A welcoming living room where you may occasionally enjoy a meal, conversation or watching television together.
- 💚 A peaceful and friendly home where personal space and independence are respected.

The top floor is generally available for the Homesharer's use, although family members occasionally visits.

An ideal arrangement for someone who appreciates having their own space while still enjoying the warmth of a shared home.

Your potential Householder is a lovely, gentle and thoughtful older person who enjoys a relaxed lifestyle and appreciates the simple pleasures of everyday life.

You will have your own life, routines and space, while naturally sharing some enjoyable moments together.

- Respectful of the Householder's lifestyle, privacy and personal preferences

One of the most appreciated contributions would be help with preparing simple, traditional meals, with the opportunity to occasionally sit down and enjoy a meal together.

The Householder prefers very plain food, without spices or black pepper, so someone who is happy to accommodate these dietary preferences would be particularly welcome.

Other support may include light household tasks, occasional shopping and friendly companionship, all arranged through a mutually agreed Homeshare routine.

This is a non-care arrangement. No personal care or medical assistance is required.
Homeshare is not about being constantly available or spending all your free time together. It is about finding a comfortable balance between companionship, everyday support and personal independence.
