Bright Double Room - Friendly, Spacious House - Great Location

We’re looking for a new housemate to join a lovely 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home within walking distance of Piccadilly Station, Oxford Road, Manchester Met, Uni of Manchester, and MRI. City Centre, Northern Quarter and Ancoats are also close by.

One housemate is a friendly, chilled midwife who works shifts and the other is new to the city and excited to explore Manchester. The house has a relaxed, friendly, respectful vibe. We keep things clean without needing a rota and want it to feel like a home, not a bootcamp.

We’re ideally looking for a female housemate who is friendly, considerate, and enjoys a calm, easygoing environment.

The Room

Fully furnished double bedroom with a comfy double bed, large wardrobe space (separate to the room), desk (with storage) and chair (great for WFH), and a kallax unit for extra storage. Bright, clean, and easy to make your own.

If you’re easygoing, tidy (but not obsessively), respectful of shared spaces, and looking for a home rather than just a room we’d love to hear from you.
