This 4 bedroom semi-detached house is full furnished. fast speed internet and all the bills except "council tax" is included. It is not a party house and it’s for none smokers. Being CLEAN and TIDY is essential. No pet is allowed.
The Location of the property offers great transport links by bus or rail into Manchester. The Bus stop is just outside the house and Burnage rail Station and Mauldeth Road Station are only 5 minutes walk from the property. The M60 and M56 motorways are easily accessible and situated only 2 miles away. An abundance of amenities can be found nearby (such as post office, hairdresser, nail and tan salon, convenience store, Chinese and Indian takeaway, Dixy chicken and off license, etc.) with a Supermarket(Aldi) only 100 meters away, and Parrs Wood Entertainment Centre (1.3 miles away), where you can find a Cinema complex, Gym, Ten Pin Bowling, and numerous Restaurants.
Its 15 min walk to Didsbury and Fallowfield and for manchester city center you can get a bus (no 50) just outside the house or the train (Fog lane or Mauldeth road), Tesco is also less than a mile away.
