For young professionals or students who want a safe, friendly and tidy house to live in a short distance from the city centre, universities and fallowfield areas.

Looking for friendly and easy-going people to form a great house together.

Parking is available outside the house. You can reach the M56, M602 and City Centre in seven minutes. Close to a large Asda and Aldi plus the Universities are not far either.

The rooms themselves are fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, lamp and pictures as standard.

Many previous housemates have stayed for over two years.

Includes use of shared lounge, kitchen, bathroom and back yard.

Bills included are Internet (v fast fibre), Water, Gas, Electricity, TV Licence (for main room) and Council Tax also.

Housemates that we would like are either Male or Female, quite tidy, friendly and nice people!
