This area is new and upcoming with people classing it as the new Didsbury and Chorlton. There is a new tram station right outside the estate (literally 30 seconds walk from the house) and bus access to City Centre (10 seconds walk from the house).

The tram is 10 mins ride to Victoria Station, 15 mins to Market Street/St Peters/Piccadilly with no changes required.

I am looking for young professionals or mature students who are clean and respectful. At the same time it is key for all housemates to get along and can socialize in a mature manner.

The property is newly refurbished, with a full cosmetic modern uplift, giving it a nice, warm, cozy feel as soon as you enter the property.

All rooms are newly furnished with all bills included. All rooms share the same bathroom.

The area itself is full of young professionals looking for a quiet place to live with easy access to City Centre and the M60 (10 min drive away).
