Single bedroom student flat, Daisybank Villas

I finish my course around 10-12 weeks before my tenancy expires and I'm looking for a reliable tenant who fits the criteria to take over the responsibility for the remainder of my contract. Currently 2 males living with me however the other male will be leaving in a week.

The original price of my contract is £134 a week but I will be willing to negotiate a lower price within reason.

The exact end of my course is unknown to me as I still have arranged exam dates which haven't been published but an earlier date may be obtainable, the remaining contract is until the 7th of August.

Bathroom with shower and sink right outside my room in the corridor then kitchen has seats and small social area with all furniture and washing machine.

Preferably looking for someone who is in education or summer placement work experience placement, but contact me anyway.
