Please read the following important information before messaging. I am renting this room for a very low price at the moment because there is some minor maintenance that I need to do in the flat in the next few weeks. This means that you would need to use the shower/bath in the main bathroom as the en-suite shower will not be available for a couple of weeks, and you may need to occasionally be out of the flat during the day whilst maintenance is being done. Also, it can be safely assumed that if an agreement is made to continue with the rental after the first month when the maintenance is completed, it would be at fair market value. It would therefore be ideally suited to someone needing temporary accommodation whilst looking for somewhere permanent.
