My flat mate is sadly moving out to live with her boyfriend in Sept, so looking for someone to take over her room.
About the flat;
Gorgeous living area, kitchen and views. Large room with wardrobe, 2x bedside drawers and double bed.
The apartment building has a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, lounge and cinema room, along with a lobby area with lots of seating, free coffee machine and working space. I absolutely love the building, we have a concierge and a parcel room too. It’s just at the top of Store Street so ideal location for Piccadilly and any of the city centre.
Rent is £687.50, bills come to about £160 each (council tax, water, energy, wifi).
About me;
I work from home 8-5 most of the time, going in the office 1-2 times a week. I’ve lived in Manchester for over 3 years, originally from Cheshire. Outside of work I’m usually at the gym, love yoga/aerial classes, going out for food, travelling, hiking and going to gigs. As a flatmate I’m very clean and respectful, looking for somebody similar who’d like to be friends also.
