2 bedroom share in Circle Square Apartments

I’m in the process of signing a two bedroom corner flat on the 10th floor of the Vita Living Circle Square apartment block in MCR on Oxford Road. Move in date 13th Sept 🤝🤩

The flat:

•The flat looks suuuuper nice, I am waiting on photos but I’ve been sent a video by the staff of the flat on the floor below (exact same layout). I haven’t seen the exact flat, but have seen others that were very similar and they were lush.

•Wifi is included in the price, and I’ve been told that the rest of utilities should be around £120-£140 for the flat.

•The building is fully kitted out with amenities; gym/several outdoor terraces on the 15th floor/lots of co-working spaces/private dining rooms/community events for residents.

•The building is located just below Chinatown and a ten minute walk from Piccadilly Station.

•I had a look at a few other properties at Anco&Co and Kampus, and this one looked the best offering in terms of overall package.

About me:

•I’m moving up to Manchester for a year for work. I will do a lot of work from home, but will almost always use the co-working spaces (one of the main reasons I’m signing the flat).

•I’m a very social guy; always enjoy going out for some drinks or to an event. I listen to and mix quite a lot of music (of all sorts) so would need someone who ideally isn’t working from home, and doesn’t mind some music in the evenings while I cook supper.
